Our Story
Maritech Systems, Inc. is a fully licensed and insured low-voltage systems company based in South Florida, certified as a CDBE (formerly WBE) business enterprise by Broward County. Founded in 2004, we specialize in the installation and servicing of low-voltage life-safety systems for commercial buildings across the region.

Led by a team with 21+ years of experience. NICET III & IV certified. All field personnel are factory-trained and stay current with Florida's FASA/BASA program. We pride ourselves on doing the work right the first time and standing behind it.
Design & Engineering
Our in-house design team produces AutoCAD drawings on 24×36 plotters for new construction, system upgrades, and tenant build-outs. We manage permit submittals and AHJ coordination from concept to completion.
Service Operations
A 24-hour service team handles emergencies, annual NFPA 72 test & inspection, monitoring account setup, and preventative maintenance contracts that keep buildings audit-ready.
